RV and Motorhome Repair Serving Long Beach
OCRV Center repairs every class of motorhome, from Class B camper vans through Class A diesel pushers and full bus conversions, covering collision, structural, fiberglass, roof, slide, electrical and systems work. All repairs are performed at the 35,000 square foot Yorba Linda facility, roughly 35 minutes from Long Beach.
A motorhome is a building and a vehicle at the same time, and that combination is what makes repair different. The chassis has to meet commercial vehicle standards while the house on top of it has plumbing, electrical, gas appliances and a roof, all of which experience highway vibration continuously.
General auto body shops turn this work away, and RV dealers frequently send structural and collision work out to a subcontractor. We do all of it here, which is why coaches arrive from across Long Beach and the surrounding I-405 and CA-91 corridor.
What Changes Between Motorhome Classes
Class A coaches are built on a purpose designed chassis with a flat front and a one or two piece windshield, and their collision damage tends to involve the fiberglass front cap and the structure behind it. Class C units are built on a cutaway van chassis, so the front end is automotive and the house behind it is not, and damage frequently crosses that boundary.
Class B camper vans are a converted van shell, meaning unibody construction with tighter structural tolerances and no separate frame to pull. Diesel pushers put the engine at the rear, which changes weight distribution, service access and how impact energy travels.
The Repairs Motorhomes Actually Need
Across every class, the recurring work is water intrusion and what it damages, slide out mechanisms and seals, roof membrane and penetrations, fiberglass delamination, and electrical faults on both the 12 volt and 120 volt systems.
Collision work is less frequent but far larger when it happens, because a motorhome impact usually involves structure, finish, interior and systems all at once. That is precisely the situation where having a single shop handling all of it matters.

Do you repair all classes of motorhome?
Yes. Class A gas and diesel pusher, Class B camper vans, Class C and Super C, luxury coaches, bus conversions, skoolies, vintage units and custom conversions. The differences between them matter enormously to how a repair is approached, since a Class B is unibody with no frame to pull while a Class A diesel pusher has a purpose built rail chassis, and we approach each accordingly.
Can you handle a motorhome that needs collision, interior and systems work at once?
Yes, and that is the normal case rather than the exception. A significant motorhome impact damages structure, finish, interior and systems simultaneously, which is why coaches get bounced between shops when the work is split up. Everything from the frame rack to the paint booth to electrical diagnostics is at the Yorba Linda facility, so the coach stays in one place and one shop is accountable for the result.
