If you call, you get someone who can actually answer scope and timeline questions rather than a call center that takes a message. Describe what happened and what the vehicle is, and we will tell you what the repair is likely to involve and roughly what range it falls in. That conversation is genuinely useful and it costs nothing.

If you use the form, we read submissions during shop hours and reply the same business day where we can. The more specific you are about the vehicle and the damage, the more useful the first reply will be. A message saying the slide will not work gets a generic answer. A message saying the Schwintek on the driver side stops partway and beeps on a 2016 fifth wheel gets a real one.

For anything structural or insurance related we will need the vehicle here before quoting. Estimates written from photographs on recreational vehicles are consistently wrong, and we would rather tell you the real number after teardown than an optimistic one that grows later.

From downtown Long Beach the route is the I-405 north to the CA-91 east, roughly 35 minutes outside of peak traffic. Coming from the port or the Bixby Knolls side, the I-710 north to the CA-91 east works out about the same.

If you are towing a fifth wheel or bringing in a large coach, allow extra time and avoid the CA-91 between 3pm and 7pm on weekdays. There is room on the property for large vehicles, so you are not going to arrive and find nowhere to put a 40 foot unit.

If your vehicle is undriveable, direct the tow operator to this address. You choose the tow destination rather than the operator, and vehicles towed to a facility you did not select sometimes accumulate storage charges that are unpleasant to untangle later.

Bring the claim number and your adjuster contact information. If the adjuster has already written an estimate, bring that too, because it tells us what was captured from the outside and helps us anticipate what the supplement will need to cover.

In California you have the legal right to choose your own repair facility. A carrier can recommend a shop from its network and cannot require you to use one. If your adjuster pushes back on that, tell them you are exercising your right to choose and give them our shop information. We handle the rest of that conversation directly with them.
