About These Terms

These terms govern your use of ocrv.tv, operated by OCRV Center. Using this site means you accept them. They cover the website only. The agreement governing an actual repair is the written repair order you sign at the shop.

Pricing Information Is Not a Quote

The rates published on our pricing page are our posted labor and materials rates, and they are accurate as posted. The price ranges shown on service and vehicle pages are honest bands based on work actually performed here, and they are deliberately wide.

None of it is a quote for your vehicle. A quote requires seeing the vehicle, and on a recreational vehicle it requires teardown, because the visible damage bears little relationship to the actual scope. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or a commitment to perform work at a stated price.

Technical Content Is General Information

The articles, guides and technical explanations on this site describe how we approach repairs and what we commonly find. They are written from direct shop experience and we work to keep them accurate.

They are general information rather than a diagnosis of your specific vehicle. Do not use them as a substitute for having your vehicle inspected, particularly on anything structural, electrical or involving propane, brakes or accessibility equipment.

Insurance Content Is Not Legal or Insurance Advice

Our insurance pages describe how claims work in practice based on filing them regularly. Your policy language governs your specific situation, coverage varies by carrier and by policy, and regulations change.

Nothing here is legal advice or insurance advice. Read your declarations page, ask your carrier questions in writing, and consult a licensed professional where the stakes warrant it.

Scope of Services

All work is performed in shop at our Yorba Linda facility. We do not offer mobile, roadside or fleet route service. We do not perform engine, drivetrain or transmission work, DOT or state inspections, or boom, hydraulic and dielectric certification.

Availability of any service depends on shop capacity, parts availability and the specific vehicle. Listing a service on this site is not a guarantee that we can perform it on your vehicle on your timeline.

Repair Terms

Deposits, parts markup, payment terms and evaluation pricing are stated on the pricing page and apply as written. Special order parts require full non refundable deposit at order because they cannot be returned. No vehicle leaves the property until the balance is paid in full.

Insurance billed work may be written at carrier negotiated labor rates that differ from our posted retail rates. We tell you when that applies to your job.

Website Accuracy and Availability

We work to keep this site accurate and current, and article update dates are real. We do not warrant that every page is free of error at every moment, and we may change content, pricing or service availability without notice.

The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Intellectual Property

The text, technical content, photography and layout on this site are the property of OCRV Center. You may read, print and share pages for personal or business reference. You may not republish substantial portions as your own content.

This site links to external resources including review platforms and social profiles. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. OCRV Center operates under California Bureau of Automotive Repair license ARD00288521, and repair work is subject to the Automotive Repair Act and the regulations of the Bureau of Automotive Repair.
