Privacy Policy

What We Collect

When you submit the contact form on this site we collect the name, email address, phone number, vehicle description and message you provide. We collect nothing else through that form.

Our server records the IP address of form submissions temporarily for the sole purpose of rate limiting abuse. Those records are held in memory only and are not written to permanent storage or associated with your submission.

How We Use It

We use your information to reply to your inquiry about your vehicle. That is the only purpose. We do not sell, rent or share it with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

If your inquiry relates to an insurance claim, we may share relevant repair information with your carrier at your direction, because that is how a claim gets processed.

Email Delivery

Form submissions are delivered to info@ocrvcenter.com through a third party email delivery provider. That provider processes the message in order to deliver it and is contractually restricted from using it for any other purpose.

Analytics and Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or cross site trackers. We do not operate a cookie consent banner because we do not set the kind of cookies that would require one.

Fonts are self hosted rather than loaded from a third party font service, which means no font provider receives your IP address when you visit.

The contact page embeds a Google Maps frame. Loading that map means Google receives a request from your browser and is subject to Google privacy policy rather than ours.

Retention

Inquiry emails are retained in our business email system for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record keeping obligations under California automotive repair regulations. Repair records are retained as those regulations require.

Your California Privacy Rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you may request disclosure of the personal information we hold about you, request deletion of it, and request correction of inaccurate information. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS with strict transport security and a content security policy that blocks third party script execution. Form submissions are validated and rate limited server side.

No transmission over the internet is completely secure. Do not send payment card numbers or sensitive identification documents through the contact form.

Children

This site is directed at vehicle owners and fleet operators and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
