The RV, Van, Trailer and Fleet Repair Facility Long Beach Sends the Hard Jobs To

35,000 square feet of frame rack, downdraft booth, fiberglass capability and electrical diagnostics under one roof. Collision, structural, water damage, slides, roofs and systems, all performed in shop rather than subcontracted out.

What Brings People Here

  • Three shops already told you they do not work on RVs.
  • The insurance estimate is thousands below what the repair actually costs.
  • Nobody can find where the water is getting in.
  • The slide worked fine last season and now it binds.
  • Your fleet cannot afford to be down across five units at once.

The Supplement Is Not a Shop Inflating a Job

Almost every frustration in an RV or fleet claim traces to one structural fact: the initial estimate was written from photographs, and photographs cannot see through a fiberglass cap or a laminated sidewall. We tear down, photograph every hidden item as it is uncovered, and submit supplements with evidence rather than a phone call.

In California you have the legal right to choose your own repair facility. A carrier can recommend a shop from its network. It cannot require you to use one.

What Long Beach Owners and Fleet Managers Say

Backed our coach into a post at a campground and the front cap looked like a small crack. OCRV tore it down and found the impact had moved structure behind it, which explained why the entry door had started binding. They photographed everything for the insurance supplement and Progressive approved it without an argument. Sixteen weeks, but the coach came back straight.

Two shops told me the soft floor in our fifth wheel meant it was done. OCRV moisture mapped it, found the leak was a slide seal rather than the roof everyone assumed, and rebuilt the floor structure. They also showed me the wet area was three times bigger than the soft spot, which explained why the last patch failed.

We run last mile out of the port and OCRV handles our rear corner and sliding door work. What matters to us is that they stagger the units so we are never down more than two at a time, and they keep our paint formula on file so the fleet still matches. Third year with them.
