OCRV Center performs semi truck cab body repair, frame straightening, fairing and hood work, paint and fifth wheel plate installation. Frame and body work runs $1,500 to $50,000. Engine, drivetrain and DOT inspection services are not performed at this facility.
Semi truck work at this facility is body, frame and paint. We say that up front because operators need to plan their service sequencing, and there is no benefit to anyone in discovering the scope boundary after the truck is already here.
What we do handle is the structural and cosmetic side, on a rack with the capacity for a tractor, in a booth large enough to spray one.

Conventional tractor hoods are large fiberglass moldings, and replacement is expensive enough that repair is usually the right economic answer.
Proper repair means grinding to sound laminate past the fracture termination and rebuilding structure at a bevel, not filling. Filled hood cracks reappear within a season because the panel flexes every time the hood is raised.

Engine, drivetrain and DOT inspection services are not offered here. We state that plainly so operators can sequence their service properly, and we will coordinate timing with your mechanical provider where that gets the truck back on the road sooner.
