Who We Serve
Repair and Build Out for Mobile Business Owners
About 6 min left
Mobile business vehicles combine body, electrical, generator, propane and equipment systems, and a single incident damages several at once. OCRV Center handles all of it in one shop, scheduled against the reality that every day off the road is lost revenue.
A mobile business vehicle is somebody entire livelihood, and it is also the clearest case for a single shop handling the whole repair. A food truck that took a side impact needs body and paint, equipment remounting, electrical work, likely propane line inspection and graphics reproduction.
Split across four vendors that is four schedules, four invoices and nobody accountable for the result or the date.
Everything Under One Roof
The reason mobile business owners come back is not that any single discipline is done better here. It is that the coordination problem disappears.
One estimate, one schedule, one point of contact, and one party responsible for the vehicle being ready when we said it would be.
Build Out and Equipment Mounting
We fabricate and install equipment mounting, shelving, counters, storage and power systems, built to the dynamic load rather than the static weight.
Equipment installed by a company that normally works in buildings is the most common source of mounting failure we see, because a fryer bolted to a floor is fine until the floor is going over a pothole at 55 miles an hour.
Problems We Hear Most, and What We Do About Them
“Every day the truck is down I lose the whole day of revenue.”
We order parts before the vehicle arrives wherever assessment allows and give realistic dates so you can plan bookings around them.
“The body shop will not touch the kitchen equipment and the equipment company will not touch the body.”
We handle both, along with electrical, generator and graphics, so nobody is waiting on anybody else.
“My equipment keeps coming loose in transit.”
Equipment mounted to the dynamic load with backing plates spreading it into structure, rather than bolted to floor sheathing.
“The electrical system trips constantly since we added the new equipment.”
We calculate actual load, size cable and protection correctly, and correct the shortcuts that accumulate in a system built piece by piece.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you handle insurance repairs for mobile business vehicles?
Yes, and food trucks in particular, since a single collision typically damages body, equipment, electrical and graphics at once. We document all of it and bill direct to every major carrier. The advantage of handling the entire job in one shop is that the claim covers one coordinated repair rather than four vendors each writing their own scope, which is where mobile business claims usually fall apart.
Can you build out a new mobile business vehicle?
Yes, including equipment mounting, shelving, counters, storage, power systems and custom fabrication. We build to the dynamic load rather than the static weight, which is the single most common failure in build outs done by shops without vehicle experience. Health department, fire and permitting requirements vary by jurisdiction and business type, so we build to the specification you or your consultant provide.
How quickly can you turn around a mobile business vehicle?
We schedule these with downtime as the priority, because every day off the road is revenue you do not get back. Panel and cosmetic work typically completes in three to seven days. Collision repair with equipment remounting and graphics reproduction runs two to four weeks. We order parts before the vehicle arrives wherever the assessment allows and give you a date you can plan bookings around.
Can you reproduce our graphics if the original designer is gone?
Yes. We photograph the undamaged side square on with a known dimension in frame, rebuild the artwork as scaled vector geometry, plot any curve that crosses a body line in three dimensions so it lies down correctly, and reproduce it as vinyl or sprayed work matching the original method. You approve a scaled proof before anything is applied.
